Does anyone have experience of hiring vehicles in Denmark? In particular, is it possible to hire vehicles for cross-border travel? And if so, are there any companies that don't have a ridiculously low included mileage allowance?

May be a little late with my reply, but I've rented with Budget before. Good service, not too expensive. I am not sure, but you might be able to make a special arrangement to take it abroad. Everywhere I looked had fairly harsh mileage rules.

You will easily get hiring vehicles in Denmark but I am not sure about cross border travel.Actually for security reasons people don't use hiring vehicle for such purpose.However, if you really want such vehicle for such travel ,do a search on internet .
