Well where to start? With the amount of information out there its hard to know where to begin, but the Worktrotter Guide is undoubtedly one of the best. Clear, practical and well-structured information to help make the move just that little bit easier. And communicating with Dagmar has been so simple and useful that I'm already optimistic about my new life over there.

I found the guide very useful: being an expact, you might need series of advices: e.g. which steps to take to get integrated in the new society, find work etc. This guide covers all the most important questions that an expat might have.
Thanks, Dagmar!

I found the guide really helpful - it summarizes the answers to all the possible questions you'd wish to ask someone who already lives in Denmark. However, the foreigner sometimes does not even know what to expect in particular situations, and is not able to ask the right questions.
This guide offers step-by-step introduction to various aspects of life and work in Denmark.
Many thanks to Dagmar!

Hi Dagmar.

I am from India and when I moved Denmark (Jutland) with job in Grundfos your book helped me a lot in getting integrated in society and knowing almost everything about Denmark. I am very thankful and will definitely recommend it if anyone wanted to relocate in Denmark from anywhere else in world. Best wishes and keep writing..

I would like to say again a big thanks to Dagmar. :)

The guide have everything that someone who live or want to relocate to Denmark must or will like to know . After i red it , even if i red the bad and goods about the country , i was more sure that this is the country i would like to relocate . As someone else maybe read it and decide that is not . This book apart of the practical matters that will help you if you are already there , is also a must read for those that they thinking about the big step . The book is preparing you of how you have to do many things , what you have to expect , and almost all practical matters . It is a must for everybody that he/she is going to live here . And believe me after the 4-5 time that i read it i am sure that it worth every single euro i spend .

I am an American who has been married to a Dane for many years, and have been to Denmark to visit my spouses family many times. I have been considering moving to Denmark, and wanted more insight into the culture. This book captures the nuances and differences related to Danish culture marvelously. Because I only had a limited view of Danish society, I was not sure that the many assumptions I had formed could be generalized, and the book helped to clarify much of it for me. Dagmar is not from the US, but the insights in the book are very relevant to an American. Anyone planning to spend longer than a short visit to Denmark would be greatly helped by this book.

Absolutely fantastic guide!
A real life-saver in terms of helping with adapting and understanding the danish mentality, which I've always found to be a blur in any other guidebooks.

The book is thorough but at the same time very light to read, and worth every penny :)

I bought two books to know Denmark, 1st one is This guide then Lonely planet. Dagmar tried to put everything in a very organized way. Thanks for writing this nice guide.

I really enjoyed reading the guide - it helped me when applying for a position in Denmark; thanks to the guide I managed to prepare my life in Denmark and I still read in it or have a look at it quite often - as it contains so many different hints for different challenges related to living in Denmark.
