Taxes in Denmark

It's that time of the year, when father SKAT checks the overview of our income vs. the payed taxes.
Newcomers to Denmark often wonder what should go into the different sections on the annual tax return form (selvangivelse),
especially as the online forms at SKAT are only in Danish.

At the Worktrotter Sparkup meeting in March we had taxes as our topic. Speaker was Peter Kallermann from Kallermann Revision A/S who took us through the 2010 changes of the tax system and explained how to optimze the annual tax return for 2009.
