The website for museums in the Copenhagen area http://www.mik.dk, has its own link for museums for children at http://www.mik.dk/For_Born.aspx. Many museums have children’s sections, e.g. the children’s museum within the
- e.g. the National Museum in Copenhagen has free entrance and is well equipped http://www.natmus.dk/sw63017.asp. Children can try on historical clothing and transform their appearance countless numbers of times during their visit.
- e.g. indoor playground at the Post & Telemuseum http://www.ptt-museum.dk/besoeg_museet/boernefamilier/. Irisu, one of our members made us aware of this being a great place to go to. Thanks, irisu!

Copenhagen’s “Cinematek” shows films for children free of charge: http://www.cinemateket.dk.

The Opera and the Royal Danish Theatre organise special performances and activities for children.
