We have the following open position available:

CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION
SEALED AIR CRYOVAC DIVISION

We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service person to support our Danish customers with first class service. The person will work from our Copenhagen office located in Herlev.

Main responsibilities

• Perform all customer orders in a timely manner and insure on time delivery
• Communicate externally and internally with various functions on customer side and colleagues at different locations across Europe
• Take necessary actions to keep high service level in the market place

Your profile

• SAP experience
• Customer Service experience
• Your energy, drive and flexibility is key for your working style.
• You are in the beginning or middle of your career path.
• You have solid experience from a similar position and background from the packaging and /or food industry is a benefit.
• You have a perfect command of the Danish language (spoken and written) and good command of the English language and managing another Scandinavian language will be a benefit.
• You are a skilled MS office program user.
